This is an area which goes from the hills overlooking the Adriatic sea coast to the foot of the Gran Sasso d’Italia (2.910 m a.s.l.) Alcholic fermentation: Traditional vinification with skin contact in vertical tanks at controlled temperature. Maturing/refining: In steel tanks and in oak barrels. Color: Ruby red deep colour. Garnet-red with ageing. Alcohol: 13,5% vol. Bouquet: Ethereal aromas with scents of ripe red fruit and spices. Serving temperature: 18°C.
