It perfectly accompanies fish or white meat based dishes. Flavour soft, fresh and well-balanced. Good persistence.

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano.
Production Area: Regional territory.
Alcholic fermentation: Traditional vinification “in bianco”, or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Maturing/refining: In steel tanks.
Alcohol: 12,5%.
Bouquet: Intense aroma of red fruit.
Serving Temperature: 10° – 12° C.
