Grapes: 100% Montepulciano.
Production Area: Hilly area of province Chieti and province of Pescara.
Alcholic fermentation: Vinification “in bianco” or rather with a light pressing without having the pulp come into contact with the skin, at a controlled temperature of 16°.
Maturing/refining: In steel tanks.
Alcohol: 13%.
Color: Straw yellow with golden glares.
Bouquet: Charateristic aromas with scents of citrus fruit.
Serving Temperature: 8° – 10° C.
