Alcholic fermentation: Skin contact in steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28° C
Maturing/refining: In steel tanks and in oak barrels.
Color: Ruby red deep colour
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Bouquet: Intense red fruit aroma with evidence of plum and sour black cherry
Serving temperature: 18°C.
