Filari Trebbiano d'Abruzzo

Ideally served with white meat or fish based dishes. Fresh, soft and balanced flavour.

Grapes 100% Trebbiano.
Production area: Regional territory.
Alcholic fermentation: The grapes undergo a light pressing and
afterwards are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they ferment
without any contact with the skins at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Maturing/refining: In steel tanks.
Alcohol: 12%.
Colour: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Distinctive yellow fruit aroma.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.
